Facilities:
HETA is located at 200 Construction Avenue, Julesberg, CO 80737. Julesberg is located in Northeast Colorado, adjacent to the junction of I-76 and I-80. Our classrooms are furnished with modern equipment and charts, diagrams and videos are used to enhance classroom activities. The school provides and maintains several types of heavy equipment: dozers, front end loaders, backhoes, tracked excavators, dump trucks, water trucks, skid-steer, and forklifts. All late model equipment is in safe operating condition, and meets and/or exceeds OSHA and MSHA safety standards.
Lodging:
Arrangements have been made with the Platte Valley Inn for student housing as follows:
- Single occupancy rooms at $100.00 per week.
- Double occupancy rooms at $50.00 per person, per week.
- Rooms include coffee service, refrigerator, microwave oven and TV.
- Rooms are subject to availability.
